OPEN STUDIO DATES

Central (Peachland to Lake Country)- August 8, 9, and 10
North (Vernon to Armstrong)- August 22, 23, and 24

This process allows for flexibility for all artists and arts organizations and allows each to take advantage of the timeframe for each issue. This approach to Open Studios provides excellent value to the participants. This also provides events throughout the period for the visiting public.
The deadline for application for the Summer issue is June 20, 2008

OPEN STUDIOS IS AN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
Educating the public to the methods and processes used in your work is a necessary part of participating in Open Studios. You are encouraged to demonstrate your process, a storyboard with pictures, video, or exhibiting works in progress are a few ways you can share your expertise. Open Studios also encourages artists and arts organizations to open their studio/venue for students from neighboring schools to visit throughout the school year.
