The Osoyoos & District Arts Council (ODAC) is a non-profit society whose mandate is to increase and broaden the opportunities for residents of Osoyoos and area to enjoy and participate in cultural activities. ODAC has served the community for more than 15 years. The council continues to successfully promotes the artists, craftsmen, musicians and writers of the Southern Okanagan under its umbrella. The council encourages young people to participate in the arts and to experience the joy of receiving special recognition and awards, (such as the Dorothy Fraser Excellence in Piano Award and annual bursaries), in appreciation of exceptional artist expression.
