Chef Scott Wilshaw presides over the Vine Yard Restaurant and The Producer's Cooking School at owner Walter Huber's Hainle Organic Vineyards iin Peachland BC. Wilshaw provides a variety of options at the Cookery School from 3-hour demonstrations to week-long master classes that focus ondifferent regions around the world. He also provides team-building classes for corporate executives,a fun way to learn to work together with specific goals. The Vine-Yard offers diners the quintessential wine country experience. Almost every seat in this gothic style dining room offers a panoramic view of all good things food and wine. In addition, diners can watch from their seats as our culinary team artfully prepare fresh artisan creations in our exhibition kitchen. In our private dining section, you can book our private dining room, at no additional cost for groups as small as 12 and as large as 30 guests. With its own private patio and kitchen area, it’s the idea venue for small weddings, birthday celebrations and special events.
